Pathogenic autoantibodies to IFN-γ act through the impedance of receptor assembly and Fc-mediated response

In a study co-authored by the Elixiron team in partnership with one of our Co-Founders, Professor Cheng-Lung Ku of Chang Gung University, and others, we describe the properties and mechanisms of action of various groups of human auto-antibodies against interferon-gamma.
